Robert Jordan Has Died

Robert Jordan, who needs no introduction from me, passed away yesterday, September 16, 2007. He was 58. His brother put a touching announcement up on his blog. My condolences to his family.

    Geez. We're losing a bunch of the really good ones, aren't we?

    I hope some of the authors you're discovering will get the chance to step up to the plate and knock a few out of the ballpark.
